The organ at the Church of St. Paul the Apostle was installed in 1965 by M.P. Möller Pipe Organ Company of Hagerstown, Maryland. 4,324 pipes stand behind the high altar, and 619 pipes are situated on the southwest wall of the church, above the pews.
In 1999, Peragallo Pipe Organ Company of Paterson, New Jersey rebuilt the instrument in 1999, adding a new 4-manual moveable console from which all 4,943 pipes are played. The console has 32 pedals, and 244 keys to control thousand of pipes placed around the church.
